2.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered xo99 Account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, physical address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during account registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and investigation.

2.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of xo99 complies with all laws applicable in their country or region of residence. xo99 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions. 4.3 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in their own name. xo99 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be returned to the source, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless xo99 explicitly permits the stacking of multiple bonuses for a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses that are not designated as combinable constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud. xo99 employs sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus misuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using matched betting strategies against bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors to gain unfair advantage. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled, and the Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

5.6 Withdrawal During Active Bonus. If a Player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is applied to their Account, xo99 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements before processing the withdrawal of the Player's real-money Balance.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on xo99 are subject to xo99's acceptance. xo99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed stated maximum stake limits or bets that xo99 reasonably suspects to have been placed with access to privileged information.

6.2 Final Settlement. The result of any bet or casino game session, once settled by xo99, is final and binding. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant sports governing body or the certified output of the game studio's RNG system. xo99 will not reverse a settled result except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error, which must be reported to xo99 support within 72 hours of settlement.

6.3 Void Bets. • Registering more than one xo99 Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using xo99 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such errors must be reported to xo99 support immediately.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 5.4 of these Terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xo99 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

8.1 xo99 Content. All content on the xo99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, brand materials, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xo99 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xo99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any xo99 content without prior written authorisation from xo99.

11.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability. 11.5 Force Majeure. xo99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet infrastructure failure, cyberattack, or natural disaster.

12.1 Suspension by xo99. xo99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where xo99 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that xo99 deems harmful to the platform or to other players.

12.2 Investigation Period. During an account suspension period, xo99 will conduct an internal investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome of the investigation and any action taken. Where a suspension is determined to be unwarranted, any funds legitimately due to the Player will be released without undue delay.

12.3 Permanent Closure. Accounts found to be in material breach of these Terms may be permanently closed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, multiple-account abuse, or use of the platform by a person under the age of 21, xo99 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account at the time of closure. xo99 will provide written notification of a permanent closure decision to the Player's registered email address.

12.4 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their xo99 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, xo99 will confirm the Player's identity and settle any outstanding bets or bonus-related obligations. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.5 Self-Exclusion as Closure. A self-exclusion request, as described in Section 10.2 of these Terms, results in a temporary or permanent suspension of Account access and is treated as a player-initiated protective closure. Self-excluded Players may not re-register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.
